Tournament Information

Our year-end meeting will take place on Monday, March 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the KMSC Law Room at DesignWorks Arena.

This meeting is mandatory for all teams participating in the year-end tournament and recommended for teams that are unable to attend.

Tier Bags:
Any teams currently in possession of a tier bag are asked to bring it to the year-end meeting.

Substitute Players:
As mentioned previously, this year there is a special allowance for picking up substitutes due to multiple overlapping events:

• If your team is picking up a sub, you must email both the Board and the sub’s team captain, stating that your team will be using Player’s Name for the tournament. Include your team name and the team the sub is coming from.
• You may pick up a maximum of two (2) subs from other teams that are not participating in the tournament.
• All other subs must have played at least three (3) nights with your team during the season.
• Players are permitted to play for only one team during the tournament. Any violation may result in team disqualification and could affect league participation for the 2026–27 season.

Team Rosters & Liability Forms:

• Team rosters must be submitted at the year-end meeting. The form is attached.
• Clearly indicate any subs and their original teams on the roster.
• We will verify that all players and subs have signed liability forms. Players without a signed form—even if they have participated during the season—will be ineligible for tournament play.
• Liability forms must be dated no later than February 27th to account for the required three nights of play.

At the meeting, we will also announce tournament schedules and team placements.

Mixed League Crossover:
I have been in discussions with the Mixed League regarding the timing of our tournaments. We anticipate finishing around 5:30 p.m., while their tournament begins at 5:00 p.m..
