In the case of gyms (City gyms) not being opened or other immediate concerns, this is the new contact information for the City:

**New Process for Evenings & Weekends**

1. Call Eastlink Center – 780-830-5000

2. Request to speak with the team lead

3. Team Lead will contact the appropriate person for that location.

Please remember that the board only has this same number and cannot do anything more. We want to stress that the situation will be resolved quicker if the players at the location call the number directly rather than reaching out to the board.

If there are any issues that arise, please still send us an email so that we can discuss it with the City.
